Bridging Onchain Settlement with Global Payments: ShareX × PayDataCloud (PDC)
Turning real-world revenue into verifiable settlement, scalable payouts, and programmable growth — starting from the sharing economy.

1) Why this partnership, and why now
Web3 is entering a phase where “on-chain activity” is no longer enough. What matters is whether on-chain systems can reliably connect to real-world usage, real-world payments, and real-world settlement — at scale, across markets, and with auditability.
At ShareX, we have been building the IRL access and on-chain settlement layer for the sharing economy: devices, usage events, and distribution rules that can be verified and accounted for. To unlock full commercialization, one missing piece becomes critical: a robust global payments and treasury layer that can execute fiat collection, settlement, and payouts across countries.
That is why we are teaming up with PayDataCloud (PDC).
2) What each side brings to the table
PDC contributes the off-chain execution network: multi-market payment collection and operational settlement capabilities, plus treasury primitives such as multi-currency operations and payouts.
ShareX contributes the on-chain accounting and verification layer: turning settlement facts into verifiable proofs, standardizing distribution rules, and enabling composable growth mechanics that connect Web2 users and Web3 participants in a single narrative.
This is not “crypto payment as a feature.” It is “payment and settlement as an infrastructure upgrade” — designed for high-frequency IRL businesses.
3) What we are building together: three pillars
Pillar A — On-chain-Verified Settlement Proof
We will introduce a standardized way to anchor key settlement events on-chain — such as net settlement summaries, payout batches, and reconciliation references — so that real-world cashflow can be verified and audited without exposing sensitive details.
This creates a stronger foundation for:
- Transparent revenue distribution
- Auditable reporting for partners and stakeholders
- A settlement-grade data layer for consumer-grade RWA and beyond
Pillar B — XPay-Lite: a lightweight payment & payout module for IRL networks
We will jointly shape a lightweight “payment orchestration + reconciliation” module that helps IRL networks integrate payment rails faster and operate with a unified settlement logic across markets.
The goal is not to replace what already works locally. The goal is to reduce integration cost, unify operational visibility, and make global expansion repeatable.
Pillar C — Alliance-grade Revenue Split & Global Payout
In real IRL businesses, the hardest part is not collecting money — it is distributing money: to merchants, channel partners, OEMs, and operational stakeholders.
We will work toward an alliance-grade payout capability where distribution rules are clearly defined and auditable, while execution and payout operations remain efficient and scalable.
4) What this enables: practical scenarios
This partnership is designed for real operators, not theoretical demos. Examples include:
- Cross-market settlement verification for multi-country IRL networks
- Automated partner payouts for channel-heavy businesses
- Voucher/coupon campaigns with transparent redemption accounting
- Programmable distribution aligned with real-world service delivery
5) A responsible path forward
Payments are regulated, and different markets have different requirements. Our approach is pragmatic:
- Start from verifiable settlement proofs and operational reconciliation
- Expand to broader payout capabilities with clear role boundaries
- Introduce optional rails (including stablecoin settlement options) only when compliance and operations are properly structured
6) What’s next
This partnership will ship in phases, starting from the most defensible and scalable building blocks:
- Settlement proof standardization and initial on-chain anchoring
- Lightweight integration modules and unified reconciliation
- Payout orchestration and alliance-grade distribution
- Optional rails and advanced financial primitives
We will share concrete milestones and early adoption progress with our ecosystem as we move forward.
The sharing economy is one of the most IRL-native industries: high frequency, massive scale, and deeply operational. If we can make settlement verifiable and distribution programmable here, it becomes a blueprint for many other IRL verticals.
This is the direction ShareX is building toward — with PDC as a key partner in our payment and treasury layer.
Stay tuned.
About ShareX
ShareX is building the Web3 infrastructure for the sharing economy, providing a standardized IRL onboarding toolkit and verifiable settlement layer to put shared and unattended devices, usage data, and cash flows on-chain, unlocking revenue-based RWAs at scale — built by the team that invented and defined the shared power bank category.
