This was a historic moment as WWE made its debut on ESPN. The kickoff was marked by John Cena’s entrance, a sight to behold. He was accompanied by a group of enthusiastic kids, all donning his merchandise, and they all did his iconic entrance together. It was a moment that will be remembered for a long time. Paul Heyman also made a grand entrance, joining Brock Lesnar and introducing him.

Brock Lesnar’s victory over John Cena was nothing short of intense. He brutally won the match, delivering multiple F5s on Cena. After the match, he savored the crowd’s boos, then delivered a final F5 on Cena, amplifying the boos even more, before leaving the ring.

The match between the USOs, Jimmy and Jey, and The Vision, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed, was full of unexpected twists. The Vision emerged victorious in a surprising turn of events. They ended the match by putting the twins through a table, spearing both of them into one propped up in a corner, and then Bronson Reed took flight with a tsunami on Jey to pin and win the match.

Stephanie Vaquer v.s. Iyo Sky for the Women’s World Championship. Both of these women are giving everything they have to offer, from Iyo exposing her knees to try and finish Stephanie to Stephanie showing off in her own right by going up top and hitting Iyo with a Spiral Tap to pin her and become the new Women’s World Champion.

Stephanie Vaquer is the new Women’s World Champion!

CM Punk and AJ Lee vs. Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch. The most common occurrence of the match was Becky preventing AJ from getting tagged in by attacking her or distracting the ref from the tag. Seth Rollins’ military pressed Becky to throw on Punk, but he moved, so she just hit the floor. When Punk was finally able to tag AJ in, he blew Becky a kiss while she was holding him back, but he turned around and tagged his wife in anyway. AJ was brilliant tonight; it was like she had never left the ring. This match was all over the place and somehow even turned into a tornado tag match. To end the match, Becky threw AJ into a fireman carry with Seth on top of the announcers’ tables. When Becky got AJ back into the ring, she tried to plant a final move, but AJ countered and submitted Becky with the black widow to have her tap out. AJ Lee and CM Punk won by submission.

Undertaker came out to present Stephanie McMan with her being the first announced inductee of the 2026 WWE Hall of Fame.

Main Event: Drew McIntyre vs Cody Rhodes for the Undisputed WWE Championship. This match was very back and forth, with Drew being the main aggressor and pulling off some big moves like a reverse Alabama slam, slamming Cody face-first onto steel steps, or a white noise from the top rope, or a tope con Hilo running and jumping on top of Cody outside the ring. Cody was retained after Drew injured himself and could not hit his final move. Cody hit him with a Super Cutter, then a Cross Rhodes to put Drew down for the win.
