GOODB Sunflower Seeds Chikki / Bar

Instructions:

1. Prepare Sunflower Seeds: Dry roast GOODB Sunflower Seeds in a pan over medium heat until they turn golden brown. Set aside.

2. Prepare Jaggery Syrup: In a separate pan, add grated jaggery and ghee. Melt the jaggery over low heat, stirring continuously to avoid burning.

5. Shape the Chikki/Bar: Grease a flat surface or a tray. Pour the mixture onto it and quickly flatten it using a greased rolling pin or spatula. Create an even thickness.

6. Cut into Bars: While the mixture is still warm, cut it into desired bar shapes using a greased knife.

7. Allow Cooling: Let the bars cool completely. They will harden as they cool down.
