634: Tokyo Tower

I’ve always wanted to visit Tokyo Tower. I mean, how could I not? Growing up watching anime, it felt like this tower was everywhere — always looming in the background as characters ran around fighting evil or making dramatic confessions.

So, naturally, when I found myself in Tokyo, I thought, “Why not check out the iconic landmark?” It felt like I was finally stepping into one of those anime scenes, minus the superpowers and melodramatic monologues.

Honestly, I was kind of expecting a lot of dramatic music in the background. Spoiler alert: none of that happened.

But I’m not even mad. The view from the top was breathtaking. I could see the entire city — like, the kind of view that makes you feel tiny in the best way possible.

The architecture? Seriously impressive, and that’s coming from someone who usually just knows what a building looks like, not what it’s supposed to look like.

And get this, inside the tower, there’s a temple. As if the view wasn’t enough, they’ve got spiritual vibes too.

Oh, and did I mention there’s a club in there? I mean, who knew Tokyo Tower was secretly a party spot for tourists and spiritual seekers alike?

If you’re ever in Tokyo, you have to visit the Tokyo Tower.
