Wynn Resorts has announced the name of its highly anticipated multi-billion-dollar integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE: Wynn Al Marjan Island. This marks the company’s first-ever beachfront resort in the region, created in partnership with local entities Marjan LLC and RAK Hospitality Holding LLC. Set against the stunning backdrop of Al Marjan Island — a group of four islands — the resort offers a tranquil escape inspired by the serene seascape of the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island, with an estimated project cost of approximately USD 3.9 billion, will redefine luxury in the region. Towering over 1,000 feet (305 meters) above the sea, it promises to be a game-changer in Ras Al Khaimah’s tourism landscape. The development will enhance the Emirate’s status as a major global destination while contributing to its economic growth through tourism and job creation. Foundation construction work began earlier this year.

This luxurious resort will feature around 1,500 exquisitely designed rooms, suites, and villas, offering visitors a premium experience. Wynn Al Marjan Island will provide an extensive range of attractions, including a gaming area, 24 dining and lounge experiences, world-class entertainment, a state-of-the-art events center, a theater showcasing unique productions, a high-end shopping esplanade, and innovative spa and wellness experiences. Designed to cater to both long stays and day trips from neighboring Emirates, the resort will also feature nightly laser and light shows that captivate guests.

The design of Wynn Al Marjan Island draws inspiration from its surrounding natural beauty and the renowned architectural style of Wynn Resorts. The resort’s curved, beach-facing structure mirrors the gentle curve of the island’s shoreline, creating stunning views of the sea, horizon, and beach. Guests dining along the promenade will enjoy sweeping vistas of the Arabian Gulf.

Wynn Al Marjan Island is set to be a flagship development on Al Marjan Island, a prime project of Marjan.
