5 Code Review Process That Help Me and My Team Sane

Code review is like a mystery sometimes, like an adventure. Or thats just like the way I think of it so to keep me motivated

1. Run it before you review it: Test the code locally first — if it’s a no-go, there’s no point in playing Sherlock!
2. Read it like a book: Go through the new code line by line to see what’s being added to the plot.
3. Ask away: If something’s fuzzy, don’t be shy — get those clarifying questions rolling!
4. Team huddle: For big reviews, grab the developer for a chat to unravel the mysteries together.
5. Morning magic: Do your reviews in the morning, fresh and focused, so you don’t get lost in context switching chaos!

Important thing is to review as fast as you can so the author can do some changes and resolve issues.
