1. You can use the Find My app on a second iOS device.

2. Log in with Apple ID & password that used on the disabled iPhone.

3. In the Devices list, tap the device you want to remove. Click Erase iPhone.

Because the device is locked, don’t enter a phone number or message. Tap Next to continue.

4. When prompted, enter the password to continue. Tap Erase.

5. When the device is erased, tap Remove This Device, then tap Remove.
