The Tiger They Called Our Father… and the Roar Now His Tigress Cub Carries

The Tiger… that’s what they called him. Not just for how he looked or how he moved, but because of how he owned every space he entered… with dignity and undeniable presence.

He didn’t just walk into a room; he commanded it. He didn’t just exist… he roared. Fierce. His energy lingered long after he left that space.

To the world, he was a Tiger. But to us… his children, He was home.

He was a father who never hesitated to say how much he adored us. He didn’t just love us… he celebrated us. Loudly and unapologetically. He looked at us like we were the finest thing he had ever created… Not just for what we accomplished, but simply because we were his.

We were his world… And oh, how he made sure the universe felt that truth ripple through it.

He was a partner who respected and stood by his love like a rock. He wrote us letters filled with truth, weaving life lessons into every word that still echo in our lives… He listened when we spoke. He answered when we needed answers… And he had the patience to walk beside us through every season of our lives.

He taught us to stand tall, and to walk with honour… no matter what the world had to say.

He didn’t just respect us as individuals… he saw us, he understood us… He didn’t try to shape us into what he thought we should be. He stood beside us and told the world: “These are mine. And I am proud.”

And today, on his birthday, we remember not just the man he was… but the legacy he left behind.

The world may have lost him. But we carry him. In our hearts. In our values. In our choices… And in the way we love people… boldly and without apology, just like he did.

But that Tiger, the one everyone admired, was only scared of one person in this world…

His daughter. Me.

Because in his Tigress cub, he saw his own fire. His fierce love. His truth… unedited.

She became his reflection. His roar. His legacy… wrapped in the spirit of the daughter who continues to walk like she was raised by a Tiger.

And that’s why the jungle hasn’t gone quiet… Because the Tiger still lives in us.

Happy Birthday, Daddy. May your soul rest in eternal peace.

You were the Tiger. And I am the echo that carries.
