Bulacan State University students gather in Malolos City hall for “Kick Back laban sa Corrupt” led by BulSU Student Government and other progressive groups this Tuesday, September 30.
The march started in BulSU Heroes Park and was set to push to the Malolos City Hall, where students demand accountability amid the flood control project
However, the parade was cut short due to inclement weather and leading attendees to take shelter nearby.
