Weaponising the Climate: How the Demons of Power Play with Nature.

From firestorms to floods, aerosols to invisible frequencies, who really controls the sky, and what are the consequences for everyone below?

On 16 September 2025, the U.S. House Subcommittee on Delivering on Government Efficiency held a hearing titled “Playing God with the Weather — A Disastrous Forecast.” Witnesses and lawmakers debated what has long been relegated to fringe speculation: intentional manipulation of the atmosphere, weather and climate. (1)

Among those testifying was Dr. Roger Pielke Jr., who stated that weather-modification activities have operated for “more than 70 years.” (2) He warned that despite decades of experiments, “the effectiveness of weather-modifying activities… is unknown.” (2) While the hearing included standard topics such as cloud-seeding, solar-radiation modification and regulatory gaps, it also triggered renewed interest in the most notorious facility of weather-control lore: HAARP.

What Is HAARP?

The facility known as HAARP—High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program—is located in Alaska. Its “official” public mandate: study the ionosphere, probe how high-frequency radio waves interact with charged particles and investigate applications for communication, navigation and surveillance systems. (3)

HAARP uses a phased array of transmitters to heat small volumes of the ionosphere. Obviously, it hasn’t been publicly documented to steer hurricanes, trigger earthquakes or control weather systems on a continental scale. Why would they admit that, right? (4) Published technical reviews, which I would argue are questionable at best and are merely propaganda campaigns promoted as peer reviewed scientific pieces, consistently emphasise that HAARP’s energy output is orders of magnitude too low to directly influence large-scale tropospheric weather. The bigger question is: why do they feel the need to consistently promote this narrative?

The Real Concern

From its inception, HAARP drew attention. Because it beams energy into the upper atmosphere, it became a stand-in for every theory of secret weather warfare: earthquakes, hurricanes, mass-mind control. (5) These theories persist largely because the physics of chaos-driven systems — storms, plates, jets — is opaque to most observers. HAARP’s documented research utility gives the myth fertile ground.

Nevertheless, the credible part of the story is not the seamless conspiracy but the growing reality of geo-engineering. The 2025 Congressional hearing made explicit that deliberate interventions in the atmosphere — cloud-seeding, solar-dimming, stratospheric aerosol experiments — have moved from speculation into policy discussions. (1) Government and private actors are actively exploring low-scale experiments, and the governance regime remains weak.

At the Congressional hearing, Pielke urged Congress to “improve research and oversight of weather modification activities.” (2) He emphasised that although many decades of activities exist, “the effectiveness … is unknown.” (2) This is not a fringe observation. It underpins the core dilemma: technological capability is advancing, regulatory frameworks are close to non-existent, and the planet continues to throw up wild weather.

You see them cutting through the skies around the world. They’ll try to deny it. Above: a chemtrail plane leaves its ghostly trail. Harmless condensation, right? Or deliberate manipulation of the very air we breathe? In 2015, a Spanish Member of the European Parliament stated, “Four employees of Spain’s Meteorological Agency have confessed that Spain is being sprayed nationwide by aircraft that are spreading lead dioxide, silver iodide, and diatomite through the atmosphere.”

And here’s a point worth considering for the naysayers and the reflexive defenders of “science”.

Before anyone rushes in, let me be absolutely clear. You won’t find a neat paper trail linking a shadowy government cabal to these spraying programs. That trail doesn’t exist in the way critics often demand. What does exist is something else.

Widen your frame and search terms such as Stratospheric Aerosol Injection, Solar Radiation Management, or Albedo Modification. What you’ll find is publicly available, declassified documents discussing the deliberate release of particulate matter into the atmosphere. These initiatives are framed as climate interventions. They’re discussed as theoretical, experimental, or “emergency” measures. But they’re not imaginary.

The language is technical, and the intent is presented as planetary stewardship. The materials involved are rarely discussed in plain terms. That alone should prompt questions.

Why This Matters Now

Now consider the run of events labelled “extraordinary,” the same events that leave scientists and meteorologists insisting they alone hold the truth, even as their explanations wobble under the weight of training shaped by the same institutions that reward loyalty to a single narrative while millions face the consequences:

November 2016: In Kaikōura New Zealand, a severe earthquake defied typical fault-line expectations both in magnitude and timing. The 7.8-magnitude earthquake destroyed roads, bridges, and homes, isolating communities and triggering landslides across the region. Entire coastal towns were cut off, with infrastructure damage running into billions of dollars, leaving recovery a prolonged and arduous task. Coincidence, or could subtle geophysical stressors have been influenced by high-frequency ionospheric experiments or other clandestine interventions?

July 2017: Record monsoons in South Asia caused both famine and flood, their intensity affecting India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Pakistan, displacing millions and destroying crops, homes, and infrastructure. Entire regions along the Brahmaputra, Ganges, and Jamuna river basins were submerged, leaving communities struggling with both famine and disease in the aftermath. Are these extreme hydrological events simply natural variance, or are they symptomatic of experimental interventions in solar radiation, aerosol injection, or upper-atmosphere heating?

And why was 2023 such an unusual year?

It wasn’t just hotter, wetter, or wilder; it was a year that seemed to bend the rules of climate and geography. Fires erupted where and when they shouldn’t, floods struck where they rarely did, storms intensified beyond historical records. Across continents, the extraordinary became ordinary, leaving scientists, countries, and policymakers alike asking the same uneasy question: coincidence or something more deliberate?

February 2023: the state of São Paulo in Brazil experienced extreme rainfall and unprecedented floods during the Carnival period, which submerged towns and displaced hundreds of thousands. Could changes in stratospheric particles or reflective aerosols upstream have affected rainfall patterns in ways conventional meteorology cannot yet explain? Or more to the point, could not control?

May 2023: [Canada endured wildfires](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/may/05/canada-wildfires-thousands-evacuate-fox-lake-fire) across territories that are usually wetter and cooler, creating smoke clouds that circled the globe. By May 21, smoke from these wildfires had already reached regions of the U.S. Midwest. Was this merely an unusually dry season, or was it a hint of unaccounted-for atmospheric engineering influencing fire dynamics and humidity levels?

July 2023: Europe, too, was not spared. Hailstorms of record-breaking size pummeled vineyards and towns in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region (northern Italy) producing hailstones up to 19 cm in diameter. Another significant outbreak began on 19 July 2023 in Carmignano di Brenta, Veneto (northern Italy) where hailstones up to 16 cm were observed, shattering historical climate patterns. Natural anomaly, or the echo of controlled atmospheric experiments probing cloud seeding and precipitation modulation?

August 2023: The Hawaii fire devastation in Maui, which reduced entire neighbourhoods to ash and forced mass evacuations, struck with unusual intensity in regions historically less prone to such rapid, sprawling infernos. It destroyed more than 2,000 structures, and became the deadliest U.S. wildfire in over a century. In the aftermath, several news reports and eyewitness footage showed red and blue-coloured objects — cars, roofs, awnings — seemingly untouched while everything around them burned to ash. How could that even happen in a natural wildfire? The anomaly wasn’t isolated; it was widespread, repeatable, and visible. Each unanswered detail only sharpened the question no one in authority seemed eager to address: were these truly random burn patterns, or the fingerprint of directed energy at work?

January 2025: [California’s wildfires](https://www.bu.edu/sph/news/articles/2025/death-count-for-2025-la-county-wildfires-likely-hundreds-higher-than-official-records-show/) were not just intense but seemingly synchronised with unusual wind patterns that accelerated their spread, most intensely in the Pacific Palisades and Altadena in L.A. County. The fires burned over 57,000 acres, destroyed more than 18,000 structures, and caused tens of billions of dollars in economic losses. Their unprecedented intensity and timing in winter — yes, winter — coupled with massive evacuations and smoke‑related fatalities, made them one of the most extraordinary wildfire events in U.S. history. Were these winds merely natural, or did invisible forces like frequency modulation play a role in turning the region into an inferno?

November 2025: In Vietnam, devastating Typhoon Kalmaegi tore through coastal regions, leaving catastrophic flooding in its wake. Meteorologists describe its formation as “unusual even for the typhoon season”, prompting one question: is it still purely natural, or is this the kind of event geo-engineering technologies might inadvertently, or more to the point, deliberately, amplify?

Individually, each of these disasters could be written off as unpredictable climate anomalies. Nature’s way of “punishing” us, right? You know, that reliable old chestnut — climate change, always ready to take the blame while we scratch our heads wondering what really happened. Collectively, however, they form a pattern so striking it compels reflection: is this truly coincidence, or controlled consequence? If geo-engineering, frequency manipulation, or ionospheric experiments are real tools in human hands, how far have they been used, and what unseen risks lie in wait?

There’s always someone ready to insist it all comes down to fossil fuels and that we’ve been scolded like misbehaving children for polluting the planet. That line gets used as a shield to shut down any attempt to examine other drivers, other technologies or other bad actors. The moment you point to patterns that don’t fit the script, the same people recite the same NPC-prepared answer, as if it’s a rule that no other explanation is allowed. That insistence blocks inquiry, delays evidence and protects the very systems that need investigation.

Pieces of the Puzzle We Must Ask About

Consider all these recent disasters. Are they purely natural? How would one distinguish a natural extreme event from an artificially amplified one? If interventions like solar-dimming, aerosol injection, ionospheric heating, frequency manipulation become widespread, who monitors cross-border consequences?

So, let’s pose some sharp questions:

• If a stratospheric aerosol experiment is conducted tomorrow, who tracks its regional “downwind” effects on rainfall or crop yields?
• If a sovereign actor deploys ionospheric disturbances or frequency‑manipulation systems for military or “climate” purposes, how would external observers detect and attribute it?
• Can regulation keep pace with private actors launching balloons, aerosols, or radio‑frequency arrays into the atmosphere?
• What ethical frame governs “weather control” research when its consequences may be atmospheric, agricultural, hydrological, and transnational?

Black Noise and Frequency Manipulation

Beyond the boundaries of weather and climate lies a darker frontier, frequency manipulation. Audible, infrasonic, or electromagnetic, these are frequencies said to influence behaviour, emotion, even weather itself. The term Black Noise has floated through classified whispers and cultural breadcrumbs alike. Some describe it as a weaponised sound; others as an electromagnetic pulse tuned to disrupt the human nervous system.

Even David Bowie, decades ahead of his time, hinted at it during interviews in the 1970s and 80s. He spoke of “Black Noise” as something governments were allegedly experimenting with, an invisible force capable of causing panic or even death. (6) Was he being intentionally cryptic, prophetic, or simply artistic?

Then there are the reports—largely buried now—on 15 March 2025, in Belgrade, Serbia, during the country’s largest anti-corruption protests triggered by the Novi Sad railway station canopy collapse, a stampede occurred, where protesters then experienced a sudden “frequency” during a large anti‑government rally. Multiple news outlets reported the crowd’s sudden dispersal and the use of a sonic device was alleged; because, of course, when people vanish in an instant, it’s always just a coincidence, right? Or maybe someone up high was simply testing their latest invisible toy on the masses, while the rest of us were left to watch in awe and confusion.

We already know long‑range acoustic devices (LRADs) exist. The U.S. and several NATO states have used them for crowd control. So why is it so unthinkable that more advanced, targeted versions could operate at frequencies we can’t even hear? Could frequency manipulation be the invisible arm of modern psychological warfare, tested not only on people, but perhaps on the planet itself?

Weather as a Military Weapon

Dr. Ken Caldera, the world’s second most recognised climate engineer, is on record stating what he did for the U.S. Department of Defence: he designed methods to spray pathogens into clouds so they could infect populations below. Think about that — pathogens in a cloud, raining down on an enemy.

During the outbreak of Covid-19, 85 countries were infected within days. Days, not weeks. That’s a clear indication of airborne dispersion. Absolutely and categorically, no debate. Italian researchers later found traces of the virus attached to airborne particulates. Precipitation tests have also detected polymer fibres and graphene in rainwater. Both substances are known to function as biological carrier platforms in military applications, capable of transporting pathogens from clouds to the ground.

The question you should be asking is why are those materials present in our rain? Could the military and private defence contractors, at any moment, introduce something far more lethal and “level the playing field”? The technology certainly allows it.

Take Hurricane Harvey in 2017, which devastated Texas. How did meteorologists predict — an entire week in advance — not only the storm’s path but that it would stall for three days? How could anyone possibly know that?

Bad NPC actors will desperately cling to their scripted lines because it shuts down any conversation they don’t want to have. That tired fossil-fuel line and its sidekick, computer modelling, get dragged out like holy relics whenever someone dares ask how a storm can assemble, park itself, and sit obediently on cue.

The narrative is convenient because it closes the door on scrutiny. I expect the compliant meteorological and scientific community to come out swinging at this point, but this isn’t a personal attack on those public servants in their offices reading data and following orders. The structure above them behaves like a sealed intelligence unit where departments don’t see the full picture and no one asks the questions that matter.

And while they prepare their rehearsed talking points, maybe they can also explain why the **Australian Bureau of Meteorology needed AUD 96.5 million for a website refresh**. Yes, that figure is real. Ninety-six million dollars for a site rebuild. Computer modelling, they say. A spending figure like that leaves the public with the impression that only two explanations make sense, neither flattering to those in charge. Oversight doesn’t exist. Accountability doesn’t exist. Yet these are the same agencies demanding absolute trust while refusing to address the gaps sitting in plain view.

The Australian Bureau of Meteorology faced significant controversy after it was revealed that a recent website rebuild project cost approximately $96.5 million, a substantial increase from the initially stated $4.1 million for the redesign. In fact, the larger technology program (ROBUST) was budgeted at $866 million!

Forecasts aren’t just predictions anymore. They are scripts. In the U.S. private defence contractors such as Raytheon and Lockheed Martin, both deeply invested in geo-engineering and related patents, feed data and direction to the National Weather Service through the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in Maryland. From there, the information filters down to local networks. Meteorologists know where the boundaries lie. They protect their positions, pay-checks, and pensions. They follow the narrative, just as many did with the “safe and effective” storyline during the plandemic. It’s compliance dressed as professionalism.

These climate anomalies we have been witnessing are being steered and manipulated. That much is no longer in question.

Where the Evidence Is Being Buried

The proposition that HAARP‑class technology directly triggered the firestorms in Hawaii or California, or unleashed the floods in Brazil, cannot be verified with publicly available intelligence. Such claims require telemetry, declassified operational logs, whistle‑blower testimony, and independent monitoring networks, none of which exist in the open domain.

Similarly, the idea that New Zealand’s earthquakes were induced by HAARP‑type facilities remains unsupported by credible, verifiable evidence. Not a single peer‑reviewed study or officially released document confirms it. But then again, why would they make that information public? Transparency has never been the strong suit of programs born in classified black budgets and buried under layers of “national security.” After all, some secrets are only safe when the public stops asking the right questions.

HAARP and LRADs are not the looming weapons of apocalyptic fiction. HAARP is a peer-reviewed, publicly documented ionospheric-research facility, and LRADs are real, portable crowd-control tools that emit high-intensity sound. If these technologies exist — and their patents, funding, and field tests suggest they do — then who, exactly, controls the switch? Who decides when to alter a storm, mute a crowd, or bend a signal across the sky?

Where evidence is lacking, we need to call it out. Where policy is silent, we need to raise the question. This isn’t speculation, it’s reality: If the sky can be weaponised, storms choreographed, fires directed, floods engineered, and crowds controlled without a single shot fired, then “nature” itself has become just another instrument in someone’s arsenal. And if they already hold that power, whose freedom, whose lives, whose planet is left untouched?

Governments tell us to trust the institutions that manage the weather, the data, the satellites and the interpretation of events, yet the same institutions sidestep questions, hide behind endlessly insufferable jargon and treat public inquiry like a nuisance. When agencies demand blind faith while refusing to disclose capabilities, budgets or decision chains, the public loses the right to informed consent. Power expands in that silence.

The question isn’t whether it’s happening, it’s whether you’re already a part of the experiment.

And when you recall the unanswered questions surrounding CV19 policies, the economic squeeze that has pushed families to the edge, the ongoing wars justified with shifting lame explanations, and the years of opaque geo-engineering programs that no agency will fully explain, the mistrust is not irrational. It’s earned.

Governments stopped serving you the moment they decided that secrecy mattered more than accountability. They forfeited trust, they abandoned duty, and they proved one thing beyond doubt: they no longer stand with the people, and the people have every reason to walk away. They are not to be trusted.
