Week 12

Throughout this course, I learned many new things that I had never explored before. This project was challenging because I had to handle every stage on my own — from researching and generating ideas to presenting the final work. At times, I wished I had a partner, as it would have made the process easier, but working independently pushed me to grow.

I learned how to work with textures, understand forced connections, stay organized, and gather ideas through our in-class design jam activities. Creating my own mind map for the concept of “seven” was especially enjoyable. I also explored the idea of the 7 classical art forms and how they connected to my chosen topic.

At the start of the assignment, making a mind map about myself helped me understand my creative direction. I learned how to share and exchange ideas with classmates using storytelling techniques, and I completed many in-class tasks that strengthened my skills. I also learned how to create a blog for this project and even experimented with motion graphics.

Overall, this experience helped me develop both creatively and technically.
