Today’s the third in a series of publishing one poem a week from my chapbook, “GOD…HOPE.” The short collection (12 poems) situates my support for Palestine within my faith and especially within the Gospel of Christ Jesus. This is a variety of styles, including spoken word and haiku, and is filled with not just imagery from my Christian faith and life, but several cultures I’ve come into contact with over the years.
I pray this poem, and the series, blesses you.

sakura blossom, ancient waters
mossy ripples dancing
lovers’ hearts; peace
