I Recorded My Skin for 12 Years. Even I Found It Hard to Believe.

I understand that my story may be difficult to believe. In fact, even I struggled to believe it at first.

For many years, I simply recorded what I observed about my skin. At that time, I did not know whether those observations meant anything. They were just personal notes — small records that slowly accumulated over time.

I never imagined that those records would later become important.

When My Skin Began to Recover

When my skin began to recover naturally, the people around me were surprised. Some of them were curious and asked many questions about what had happened.

To be honest, I was also surprised.

What I experienced did not seem easy to explain. Even today, I believe that some doctors might find it difficult to fully understand my recovery experience.

But one thing was clear to me: I had been keeping records for more than 12 years.

Those records included many observations, timepoints, and measurable details related to my skin.

The Moment the Patterns Became Visible

Last year, while organizing these long-term records and writing about my experience, something interesting happened.

With the help of AI tools, the observations that had accumulated over many years became easier to organize and review. As I looked at them more closely, certain repeating patterns began to appear.

For many years, those records had simply existed. Only later did their structure begin to emerge.

The Beginning of CS-NRRM™

These observations eventually became the foundation of what I now call:

CS-NRRM™ (Changhun Shin Natural Recovery Pattern Model).

CS-NRRM™ is not a medical treatment model.

Instead, it is a structural way of observing long-term patterns within personal records and time-based observations.

The model is based on my 12-year personal recovery archive and focuses on how patterns can appear within long-term observation data.

A Simple Truth

Looking back now, I think the most important thing was not trying to prove anything.

It was simply continuing to observe and record.

I created the archive. Over time, the structure became visible.
