And this week, I gathered my entire “Dream Team” for an annual All-Hands meeting to kick off a brand new fiscal year (we run July to June calendar) & map out where we’re headed for the next decade.

But this wasn’t just another strategy session.

AI is devaluing information — but it’s raising the value of implementation.

Think about it…

The courses, the “how-to” info, the strategies you used to pay a premium to learn? AI can now hand you a lot of that for free.

But what AI can’t do is actually run it for you. The strategy, the execution, the Done-For-You work that gets real results.

So while information is losing value, “Done-For-You” is climbing to an all-time high.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀…

Years ago, I heard Ryan Deiss talk about how in times of disruption, the market goes “K-Shaped.”

The top wins (premium, best-in-class, Done-For-You).

The bottom wins (massive value delivered to the masses).

And the middle? It gets squeezed out.

We’re watching this play out in real-time with AI right now. The generic “middle” offers are getting crushed — & the biggest opportunities are sitting at the two ends.
