Quick Rule: Don’t Buy Blind
Before you buy any used marine engine part, you want three things:
● Fitment clarity (exact make/model/year/engine)
● Condition proof (clear photos + any testing info)
● Seller accountability (return policy, reputation, responsiveness)
If any of those are missing, the part needs to be priced like a risk.
Step 1: Confirm Fitment (Because “Should Fit” Is Expensive on the Water)
