It’s been a while since I saw a play that was so well written, acted, and pronounced. Yes, pronounced. No microphones. For the first time, a friend I was with said he understood everything.
It was funny, well paced, and incredibly well executed. I could not praise the actors enough. Everyone – okay, almost everyone – did an amazing job. Saskia Strallen, playing Isadora Duncan, was the only actor whose performance didn’t quite match the exceptionally high standard set by the rest of the cast.
