August 2025 marked a major turning point for AthleteFi. We moved from prototype to full-scale testing and began preparing the platform for development. Coaches and instructors gave us valuable feedback on onboarding, booking, and user flows, which we relayed directly to our development team.

Primary focus: Our focus this month was clear: translate prototype momentum into full build while deepening community engagement through education, vision, and motivation.

• Began refining flows for more intuitive session booking, gamified progress tracking, and coach profile enhancements.

• Alfi Explores Sports: Judo! (Aug 15) Born in 1882, Judo was created by educator Jigoro Kano, who blended jujitsu’s ancient throws with modern discipline. Meaning “gentle way,” Judo is proof that gentleness can deliver power.
• AthleteFi: Turning User Journeys Into Simple Cycles (Aug 26) Unlike linear systems that end once a goal is reached, loops keep people engaged. AthleteFi is designed around game loops — simple, repeatable cycles that strengthen the more they’re used.
• Alfi Explores Sports: Kayaking! (Aug 31) Kayaking dates back to 2000 BCE, when Inuit hunters built seal-skin kayaks to navigate icy waters for survival. Today, it’s a sport rooted in resilience and adaptability.
