I’ve built my career in some of the most demanding environments in North America — remote, austere, and often far from definitive medical care — working as a paramedic supporting critical care operations, wildland fire response, and industrial field teams. That work has shaped how I think about performance, resilience, and discipline under pressure.

But the same principles that apply to remote emergency medicine also apply to physical fitness: consistency, adaptability, and the ability to perform when conditions aren’t ideal.

Alongside my medical work, I’ve developed a strong foundation in training and personal fitness. I’ve spent years building and refining my own approach to strength, conditioning, and functional fitness — especially in environments where you don’t have a perfect gym setup or ideal conditions.

Because of that, I now also offer personal training support for those looking to:
