Genesis Brainchild and Keyboardist, Tony Banks, announces after a long 42 years of solo albums that he has sold his first album!

In a stroke of luck, Sir Tony Banks has sold an album! Now that doesn’t sound impressive if you don’t account that Banks has been at it since 1978.

“We almost made a sale in 1996 but was returned later the same day because the record was broken, but when we investigated it wasn’t broken at all so I guess their player was broken,” Banks shared with sister network Sky IR18

According To Mr. Banks, the album he sold late last night was 1983 commercially unsuccessful (and plain pathetic if you ask me), The Fugitive..

Banks was thrilled when he heard the news and finds new motivation in life. Tony and his genesis band members are slated to a reunion tour latest this year.
