AI suicide rate?

Humans have a well-documented suicide rate of ~9–10 per 100,000. There were also noted cases of dolphins committing suicides, usually by stopping to breath at the bed of a water pool or self-injury. Some scientists claim these can be due to disorientation, illness, or purely accidental behavior, but no suicides have been observed among less intelligent animals, at all. The rate of suicides among animals is not known, especially not among animals living in a wild. But there are no known cases (I do not count insects sacrificing their life for a colony, as this is clearly a different case and most probably driven by instinct) of suicides committed by less intelligent and less conscious animals.

Question: if committing suicide requires intelligence and the suicide rate seemingly grows with the IQ, what is going to be the suicide rate among super-intelligent AI Agents? Will it grow together with their intelligence?
