First M&A Deal In Crypto Is Designed By TNC Group And BANKEX!

BANKEX is thrilled to announce that we have recently signed a crypto merger deal with TNC IT Group. TNC is a Dubai-based blockchain company made up of 350 employees with a strong presence in the fintech sector. The company has a great network of connections with big corporations and banks in the UAE, Korea, USA and Japan.

BANKEX was offered to become a member of the group of tokens consolidated by TNC that aims to build a wide ecosystem for the future TNC Coin mainnet. TNC IT Group saw the potential for us to provide a neo-banking product within the Mainnet.

The Crypto M&A will be done through a token swap wherein BKX will be swapped for TNC Coin. The swap is bound to be performed within the Aladdin Pro Wallet and outside of the exchanges.
