In “Classical Physics …” ↗️ we saw that Newton’s Action = — Reaction changes to Action = — D² × Reaction, in variable time, where D is time dilation rate (of time slowing down) around the reactive object. For example, if time slows down 100 times around the craft, then the reaction of the craft to the Earth’s gravity will reduce by a factor of 100² = 10,000. That explains Bob Lazar’s “gravitational envelope” around the craft: all external forces (coming from the outside of time dilated environment) are diminished by a factor of D².
