The Dark Blob Mode

Sometimes, I enter what I call the “dark blob mode.”

It is a state where everything feels connected.

In those moments, I am just a dark blob too.

When I am a dark blob, I can look beyond the killers.

Normally, they disturb me.

I judge them.

But not when I am a dark blob.

Yet I am not only dark.

I make music. I sing. I create.

As a dark blob.

That gives me a certain feeling.

A sense that light exists against the darkness.

Like Yin and Yang.

Only darkness might become destructive.

Only light might become manic.

The dark blob mode.

A place where everything somehow feels connected.

Are we all part of one black mass?

Who knows.

Are all the voices in my head true?

A difficult question.

But this is how I live — with the dark mass inside me.

A place where I somehow understand everything.

It gives me a feeling of connection.
