We all have a mind
Often patient and kind
Though at times it will hollow
Persisting we wallow
Our thoughts do not own us
They’re just there to show us
We should choose healthy thoughts
That’s what we are taught
Though here lies the lesson
When all is said and all done
What is reality?
And what is disparity?
Validation takes time
Mental changes in mind
Positive affirmations
Behold inspirations
Be kind to yourself
For good mental health
Realising your being
Refocusing is healing
