Quality Listening Program Is How I Learned About Support Plans

When I first joined 7 Cups, it was for myself, to get some emotional support.

Later, as my passion for Psychology grew, I decided to become a listener and found out all the opportunities the community was offering. What was most fascinating was that all the internships are tuition-free, but their quality is top-notch.

I got to join a global platform and connect with people all over the world online. I not only got to learn about active-listening, but also got to learn about community leadership, inner healing, and many more crucial steps of life.

When I initially started my journey as a listener on 7 Cups, I did it with the tiny amount of knowledge I had gained through my personal experiences. Over time, after joining the internship, I learned about the Quality and Active Listening steps, the Time Management course, Inner Development Goals course. These smaller parts of the internship made my journey even more beautiful and filled it with practical knowledge.

This internship has helped me as a person, as a student, and as a professional. I was able to learn everything at my own pace, have supportive chats with the members, and learn about time management — where I should focus first and how I should stop procrastinating. I was able to learn about specific mental health issues and how to bring oneself out of them into a healthier life.

Most of all, I was able to improve my listening skills with the Quality Listening Program. It is a very flexible and beneficial listening and communication training for both students and professionals. By being a part of this program, I was able to gain hands-on experience in active listening.
