Coca-Cola Turned its Bottles To Chopsticks

Coca-Cola is an iconic drink but what’s more iconic is the bottle

.Just by the contour, anyone can recognize a Coca-Cola bottle.

Even though a global icon, in Southeast Asia it rarely made it to the table.

So instead of forcing the main product, they made it more inclusive by bending themselves or rather bending the bottle contour to form chopsticks, called cokesticks.

Made from foodgrade stainless steel, in the bright Coca-Cola red in the bottle contour.

Genius product placement without the actual product!

As a person who struggles using chopstick even after the 100th time, this design would actually work for me.

I once dined in a veg-thai restaurant, its very rare for those two words to come back to back, IYKYK.

On the side along with fork and spoon, there were chopsticks on the rest, so I though why not give it a try.

Opened YouTube, found a 3-minute tutorial, and by the 3rd minute, chopsticks grazed my fingers.

Did I succeed? Lol. No.

I even tried the “wrapping of chopsticks in tissue paper method”, again no.

Feeling embarrassed about all the ‘cling-clang’ sound of chopsticks hitting the plate eventually I resorted to fork and spoon.

With cokesticks I would have rocked my Thailand Khow Suey without being sheepish.
