The unagi policies will be amended following the una Wallet service termination.

Please refer to the details below.

1. Purpose

• The unagi Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and California Privacy Statement will be updated to incorporate revisions necessitated by the termination of the una Wallet service.

2. Details

[Terms of Service]

• Article 1 : The provision regarding the scaled-down operation of the unagi Service will be added.

[Privacy Policy]

• Article 2 : The provision regarding the use of personal information for service improvement will be removed.
• Article 9 : The provision related to the DPO under “Data Controller and Contact Information” will be removed.
• Appendix I : The provision concerning service quality improvement, user experience enhancement, and bug resolution will be removed.

[CA Privacy Statement]

• Article 1 : The provisions regarding the collection of biometric information and internet or other similar network activity will be revised.
• Article 8 : The email address for inquiries will be revised.

3. Effective Date

• Implementation : December 26, 2024 ※ The schedule is subject to change.

• 제1조 제4항 우나기 서비스 축소 운영에 대한 내용이 추가될 예정입니다.

[개인정보 처리방침]

• 제1조 개인정보의 수집 및 이용 목적이 수정될 예정입니다.
• 제2조 제2항 마케팅 및 광고 활용 목적으로 수집되는 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간 항목이 삭제될 예정입니다.
• 제3조 제1항 개인정보 수집 항목이 서비스 이용으로 한정될 예정입니다.

3. 개정 시기

• 적용 일정 : 2024년 12월 26일 ※ 내부 사정에 따라 시행 일정이 변경될 수 있습니다.
