To the Global Builders of M3 DAO: A 2025 Built With You, A 2026 Promised to You

Dear Community Members,

As 2025 draws to a close, if one word could define this year, it would be “leap” — a leap not only in numbers but in cognition, connection, and shared value. All of this stems from the participation, contribution, and trust of each one of you.

Thank you for being a witness, and even more, for being a co-creator.

In 2025, together we wrote this concrete report card:

1. Dual Leap in Community Scale and Cohesion: From 100,000 to 500,000, Beyond Just Numbers This year, our global community grew from 100,000 at the beginning of the year to nearly 500,000, spanning over 150 countries and regions. Behind this growth lies the deep co-building efforts of hundreds of regional KOLs and core contributors. Through localized content, offline meetups, and ongoing support, they transformed complex Web3 narratives into tangible actions. The successful hosting of the Thailand Consensus Conference, which brought together over 2,000 builders from around the world offline, marked the community’s evolution from an “online group” into a substantive “global consensus network.”

2. Ecosystem Collaboration: From “Integration” to “Deep Fusion” — 30+ Strategic Partnerships Building a Value Loop We moved beyond standalone collaborations. In 2025, we partnered with Solulu to jointly explore the trillion-dollar stablecoin and RWA landscape, integrated high-end consumption with on-chain payment scenarios with Caviar, and collaborated with core projects like MetaMars, Rocket, and VooPay to launch over 800 joint ecosystem activities worldwide. These spanned multiple tracks including DeFi, GameFi, SocialFi, and the metaverse. Each initiative strengthened the ecosystem’s value network.

3. Sustained Empowerment Through Knowledge: 150+ Business School Courses Delivering Real Insights The M3 Business School conducted over 150 thematic courses and workshops throughout the year, focusing on cutting-edge topics such as RWA, stablecoins, and Layer 2 technology. In collaboration with partners like Solulu, we launched series like “Introduction to Stablecoin Ecosystems” and “RWA Practical Analysis,” which have become the “first lesson” for many members entering these fields. Knowledge remains the ecosystem’s most solid asset.

4. Steady Progress in Technical Infrastructure: MarsChain Cross-Chain Bridge Launch Imminent The MarsChain dedicated browser is already live, and the cross-chain bridge is in its final testing phase, poised for full launch. This will enable seamless multi-chain circulation of ecosystem assets and lay a critical foundation for future RWA asset onboarding and metaverse interactions. Technology remains our silent promise.

5. Mutual Reinforcement of Brand and Value Consensus: MCD Achieves Over 400x Annual Growth The ecosystem’s growth is directly reflected in value consensus. As the core ecosystem asset, MCD — supported by our community and the market — achieved a value increase of over 400 times within the year and has since maintained stability at a high range. This is not only market recognition but a vote of confidence from every holder.

Looking to 2026, we remain focused on “what is worth doing right, continuously”:

First, in value realization, we will deepen our focus on RWA and stablecoins. Leveraging the established “entry-issuance-circulation” infrastructure, our goal is clear: to incubate at least 5 benchmark RWA projects, enabling trustworthy on-chain circulation of real-world assets. This will transform the potential of trillion-dollar markets into accessible asset allocation options for our community.

Second, on the technical foundation, the MarsChain ecosystem will accelerate comprehensively. The launch of the cross-chain bridge marks a new starting point. We will subsequently initiate the “MarsChain Grants” program, providing funding and resources to support high-quality developers and projects, lowering the barrier to creation, and fostering a thriving on-chain application ecosystem.

The engine for all this is “people.” We are officially launching the “Community Builders Alliance” initiative. This goes beyond a simple project referral channel — it is a structured network of contributors. We will provide comprehensive support — from funding and technology to traffic — for ideas and projects originating from the community. Through a clear contribution assessment and growth pathway, every deep participant can become a true owner of the ecosystem.

Finally, in global expansion, the Alliance will serve as our localized hub. Building upon our existing network across 100+ countries and regions, we will systematically cultivate regional builder leaders. Through them, we will drive localized activities, content, and consensus-building, allowing the global ecosystem network to take deeper root and thrive with greater vitality.

We firmly believe that technology, assets, people, and networks will collectively weave the fabric of the next growth cycle.
