I was thinking about why Elon Musk keeps coming back to bandwidth.

Not in the tech-demo way.

In the power way.

Most people hear bandwidth and think speed. Faster typing. Faster output. Faster communication between humans and machines. A cleaner path from the brain to the screen.

That is the obvious layer.

Humans think in storms and transmit through straws. Speech, thumbs, keyboards, screens. A whole inner world gets forced through a few narrow exits.

So the answer seems simple:

make the bridge faster.

But speed is not the whole rule.

Every age has a bridge between human intention and worldly action.

Language was a bridge.

Writing was a bridge.

Money is a bridge.

Institutions are bridges.

Search engines are bridges.

Social platforms are bridges.

AI agents will be bridges.

A bridge does not only carry you somewhere.

It teaches you how to move.

Once a tool becomes the path, it starts teaching the person who uses it how to move.
