A problem.

For example:

Problems sell.

Step 2: Create a Small Product

I’d create:

• a swipe file
• a template
• a prompt pack
• a resource guide

Something I could finish in a weekend.

Not a course.

Not a membership.

Just one useful thing.

Step 3: Publish Content

I’d write:

• Medium Stories
• Newsletter Posts
• Social Media Content

All focused on the same problem.

The goal wouldn’t be to go viral.

The goal would be to help people.

Step 4: Collect Emails

Every piece of content would point readers toward a free or low-cost product.

Audience ownership matters.

Algorithms don’t.

Step 5: Repeat

One product becomes two.

Two become five.

Five become an ecosystem.

That’s how creator businesses grow.

Not through complexity.

If I had to bet on one online business model today, it would still be:

Content + Email List + Digital Products.

Simple.
