A DREAM I REMEMBER FROM MY CHILDHOOD

UFO Story: I Had a Dream That Was More Fantastic Than Reality

During breakfast, my younger brother and I would tell each other the dreams we had the night before.

At breakfast I told Leonard, “Last night I dreamed a flying saucer landed at school.”

“Were you scared?”

“No. But then I was.”

“Why?”

People were going up one ladder, happy and laughing. They would get a shot that would let them live forever.

When they came down a second ladder, not a word was spoken. They were not smiling, and they had blank stares.

I saw my friend Billy coming down the second ladder.

I called his name, and he said, “Who are you?”

I instantly knew that the shot to live forever would erase my memory.

I got scared and tried to run back down the stairs, shouting, DON’T GO! THEY WILL ERASE YOUR MIND!

The people coming up would not let me go back down, and I woke up.

Leonard said, “Let’s get ready and go play.”
