The Yamaha MT 15 V2 bike costs Rs 1,67,200 for the Dark Matte Blue and Metallic Black colors. It costs a bit more, Rs 1,71,200, for the other four colors: Ice Fluo-Vermillion, Cyan Storm, Racing Blue, and Metallic Black DLX.

The Yamaha MT 15 V2 has a screen that shows information, and you can connect it to your phone using Bluetooth, but this feature is not available for the Metallic Black and Dark Matte Blue colors. With the Yamaha Y-Connect app on your smartphone, you can do things like get alerts for calls, emails, and text messages. You can also check when your bike needs servicing, see where you parked it last, find out how much mileage you’ve covered, and get alerts if something goes wrong. But, it doesn’t have a feature for giving you turn-by-turn directions, which is a bit disappointing.

In its latest update, the bike now has a better safety system. It comes with a dual channel ABS, LED turn signals (except for the Dark Matte Blue and Metallic Black colors), and a system that helps control the bike’s traction. Other cool features include a bright LED headlight and tail light, a feature that turns off the engine when you put the side stand down, and a clutch that’s easier to use.

The Yamaha MT 15 still uses the same 155cc, one-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine as before. It’s made even better with Variable Valve Actuation (VVA) technology, which makes sure it has good power at both low speeds and high speeds. This engine can make 18.4PS of power and 14.1Nm of torque. It works with a six-speed gearbox and a clutch that’s easy to use, called a slip-and-assist clutch.
