after the flicker of brilliant fireworks

Just like that period of twilight

after the blood-red sun sinks behind the mountains

Just like the feeling of autumn leaves

after the colorful summer flowers have withered

Just like the way we stare at one another in stunned silence

after the revelrous feast is abruptly swept away
