Building clone of Lybrate Website

Hello readers, I am Akash Kumar and in this blog, I would like to share with you a project that I and my team members Shikha Tiwari ,Abhishek Mukade and Shubham Dobhal are worked on.

A glimpse of the project and a simple walkthrough of the website:-

Lybrate is the best way to seek medical help. To make it seamless and smooth, we beat onerous challenges every day to ensure easy access to doctors for billion people, creating an experience that is truly magical for both healthcare experts and users. And also it is a e-commerce website where user can buy the healthy product which are recommended by doctors online.

Insight to my work:-

First thing I did after getting my project Lybrate.com was to go through the website and see what kind of functionalities are present and how’s the flow of the website. Because Lybrate.com is an online mobile healthcare website which connects doctors to patients and we can also purchase healthcare products .

After going through the website me and my teammates decided to have a meeting where we can discuss what are the thing that needs to be done and how can we do that and since we have created the same project in our previous task where we just implemented the frontend of the website. In this unit we have to create a database for each and every product and link that database to our website. So after discussing the whole day we divided the project into four parts and my work was add all the product to database and from there show them to our product and create a database for adding product to cart.

Challenges faced during the project making:

Create database for adding products to cart and linking it with product page. It was the most difficult task of our whole project because it took us three days to complete that task this is because we had four different category of product and we had to connect all of them to cart and after so many hours of work we were finally able to do it. We created the database in Mongo Atlas and connected it our JavaScript file and we also used EJS view Engine to link our Html and CSS to database. this feeling of building website can’t be expressed in words. I really want to thank all my team mates without them it won’t be possible for me to build this website alone.
