Experience in NAT Indonesia

During my internship at NAT Indonesia, I had the opportunity to dive two key aspects of HR: Recruitment and Process Onboarding New Employees & Training Development.

Here are some highlight this project: ➡️ Recruitment : Conducted the recruitment process from sourcing, interview, to onboarding. ➡️ Process Onboarding New Employees & Training Development : Developing a basic concept for the onboarding process of new employees along with the required training.

Through this experience, I learned that good collaboration and openness are the keys to success in HR. Thanks to NAT for this incredible opportunity.
