Day 27

Since I sold my graphics card I’ve done quite a bit of research on what will hopefully be the last components I need to buy for my builds. Finances are kind of up in the air right now because I don’t know what my roommate situation will look like in the near future. I sold the card in hopes that I could buy PC parts, but it might end up going towards bills. In the next few days I should learn whether I can afford to click checkout or I need to check out other sources for income. Fingers crossed that I can get what I need to eventually finish my crazy builds. As I get further in to the builds I get more and more excited, but my pockets get lighter and lighter. It’s frustrating having an idea without the money to execute on it. I guess it doesn’t help that I have very expensive ideas. I’m motivated and stubborn enough to see this through and I’m creative and crazy enough to build something amazing. My hope is to make these two computers as unique and eye catching as possible in order to catch people’s attention. I’m looking to build a mod portfolio to get companies’ attention specifically. I don’t at all need to get paid to build PCs but it would be amazing to get sponsored to create great computers and not have everything come out of my pocket. I would love the opportunity to show of my designs at shows and events and meet fellow modders. I would love to light up people’s faces with amazement and wonder when they see my masterpieces.
