A Heavy Heart

I wake up in the morning, my heart heavy with pain, the weight of the world feels impossible to sustain.I long for peace amidst the chaos that is everywhere.

These feeling consume me, they twist and turn and I can’t break free. I’m drowning in emotions, and don’t know what to do, I just want to find a way to make it through.

Sometimes I feel lost, like I am wandering blind, I search for an answer, but it’s nowhere to find. I’m caught in a storm, and the winds are so strong, I just want to find a place where I belong.

I know that I’m not alone in this fight, there’s others out there struggling in the night. I hold onto hope, that things will get better, and I’ll find the strength to blow the stormy weather.

I’ll keep dreaming, and I’ll keep on dreaming, and I’ll keep on believing, that I’ll find my way through these feelings. I’ll hold on to love, and I’ll hold onto faith. And I’ll find peace, no matter the heartache.
