How to build a Custom GPT with OpenAI’s O1 models?

Learn how to create, share, monetize, and host Custom GPT bots using OpenAI’s O1-Preview and O1-Mini model with CalStudio.com

OpenAI’s O1 models are truly incredible for research and reasoning. However, building Custom GPTs with them hasn’t been straightforward since these models can’t be used with Assistants, and do not support a system prompt.

Here’s one way you can do this:

1. Sign up on the CalStudio.com platform

2. Once you have signed up, click on the “Create App” button

3. Fill out the form choosing a name and image for your bot. Select the desired O1 model from the list of AI models. You will then need to define a prompt for the bot and upload an image!

4. You can now click on the Create app button and this will set up the Custom GPT bot for you using the O1 model. You can now launch it and share it with others, and even monetize it or embed it on your website!
