Rejected in Tech Lead due to Supremacy
Yesterday I was rejected from a Job of tech team lead due to “supremacy”. I was being interviewed by a BDO and HR for tech lead role (Don’t know why) at Karachi Pakistan.
Instead of technical interview I had HR interview and in remarks they said your attitude has supremacy and honestly I didn’t knew the meaning of word until I Googled it 😅 .
Is It my fault that I have overpowered the non techies for a technical interview or being professional is too harsh these days?
