Website Analysis Report: InAmigos Foundation

Introduction

As part of my website analysis task, I reviewed the official website of InAmigos Foundation to evaluate its design, user experience, content presentation, and overall usability. The website effectively communicates the foundation’s mission and social initiatives. However, several areas can be improved to enhance user engagement and provide a more professional browsing experience.

Positive Aspects

1. Clean Navigation

The website has a simple navigation menu that allows visitors to access important sections such as Home, Causes, About Us, Volunteers, Gallery, Blog, Events, and Contact.

2. Strong Social Mission

The website clearly highlights the foundation’s initiatives in education, environment, women empowerment, animal welfare, and community service.

3. Professional Branding

The use of consistent colors and branding elements helps establish the identity of the organization.

Areas for Improvement

1. Excessive Empty Space Below Images

On the About Us page, there is a large empty area below certain images. This creates an unbalanced layout and reduces visual appeal.

Suggestion: Adjust image dimensions or add supporting content to utilize the available space effectively.

2. Empty Causes Page

The Causes page displays a “No Results” message without any content.

Suggestion: Add information about ongoing projects and initiatives or temporarily remove the page until content becomes available.

3. Oversized Banner Sections

The About Us page contains a large banner that occupies significant screen space while displaying only the page title.

Suggestion: Reduce the banner height and include a short mission statement or impactful visual.

4. Misaligned Event Cards

The event cards have different heights due to varying content lengths, causing buttons and text sections to appear uneven.

Suggestion: Use equal-height cards and align all action buttons consistently.

5. Generic Breadcrumb Navigation

The breadcrumb displays “Home / Page” instead of the actual page name.

Suggestion: Show the correct page title in the breadcrumb for better navigation.

Conclusion
