Why Self-Healing Truly Matters
We often find ourselves thinking,
Why Self-Healing Truly Matters
We often find ourselves thinking,
“I have to try harder,”
“I have to be a better ___,”
and without realizing it, we place ourselves last.
Yet through my life experiences, I have come to deeply feel that healing ourselves is the very origin of love.

When I was younger, I carried many wounds in my heart.
I didn’t know how to hold that pain, and I believe I was simply doing my best to survive each day.
Looking back now, I realize that those unhealed wounds quietly affected my children as well.
Of course, I never intended to hurt them.
On the contrary, I raised them hoping they would never experience the same pain I had.
But the truth is, I myself had not yet been healed.
“Hurt heart hurts hearts.”
A wounded heart can unintentionally wound others.
I came to understand the true meaning of these words through my own life.
Later, after experiencing health challenges, I was finally led to face myself.
I began to sit with the emotions that surfaced, gently witnessing them,
and slowly giving myself the time and space to heal.
As my inner world became more fulfilled,
the way I related to my closest family – my husband and my children – began to change profoundly.
Recently, I feel that I am truly able to receive my children with my whole heart.
I am far from perfect.
And yet, compared to before, I can now offer love more honestly, just as it is.
Anger, sadness, suppression, fear –
emotions that have been passed down through generations within families.
What is truly needed to break this cycle
is not changing someone else, nor blaming the past.
It is beginning with our own healing.
I feel that healing ourselves is not only a personal choice,
but a deep responsibility –
one that allows us to create a world rooted in love
and pass that love forward into the future.
How about you?
Have you been putting your own feelings aside?
Have you closed your heart to the thought, “It was actually painful”?
Have you left yourself behind in order to take care of someone else?
Healing is not only for special people.
It is for you, right here, right now.
The circulation of love begins with self-healing.
The healing I offer places great importance on
“bringing yourself back into balance”
and “returning love to yourself.”
When you are healed,
your words change,
your expressions soften,
and the way you relate to others transforms.
And that transformation expands –
to your family,
to your children,
to those around you,
and onward to the next generation.
If at this moment you feel a quiet thought arise –
“I want to heal myself,”
“I want love to flow again,”
then perhaps healing has already begun.
May the support you need reach you
at exactly the right time,
in exactly the right way.
