I cannot promise a ranking. I can show you a lift.

Last week I wrote that I would not promise you an AI ranking. I meant it. No one who is straight about how these engines work can sell you a guaranteed spot in an answer that gets rebuilt every time someone asks.

But there is something I can promise, and I owe you the proof before I ask you to believe it. I can show you the lift. The first site I owe that proof on is my own.

On 18 May 2026 we launched regencleo.ai and ran it through the same scan we give every brand that talks to us. The site that sells AI readiness was not, on the day we measured it, readable to AI. Three numbers came back. AI Readability, how extractable the site is to the crawlers, sat at 35. SEO readiness sat at 40. And GEO, how often the models cite us when buyers ask about our category, came back at 14. The product was sound. The presence was not yet legible to the machines that now decide who gets found. I am telling you the starting numbers because a lift means nothing without the floor it started from.

Then we did the work. Not promotion. Legibility.

We did not buy a single placement. We did not bolt a chatbot onto the page or add a widget that vanishes the moment you remove the script. We wrote the fixes into the source: the raw HTML the server delivers, the place the crawler reads and the place almost no tool touches. Schema, page structure, the vocabulary our own brand had coined, all of it moved out from behind the JavaScript a crawler never runs and into the HTML it reads. Then we measured again, the same site, the same way.

Today, 17 June, thirty days later, AI Readability is 96, SEO is 95, and GEO has gone from 14 to 42.

I will not dress those numbers up. The two near the top, readability and search, are most of the way to as good as the fundamentals get. GEO, the one I watch hardest, has more than doubled and is still climbing. A 42 is a site that has gone from close to invisible to regularly present in the answers, not a finish line. What matters is not the height. It is the direction, and that the direction came from changing the site at the source and then re-measuring to confirm the change reached the page. Most tools in this space stop one step before that. They hand you the diagnosis and leave the fix on your desk. The number never moves, because nobody wrote anything to the page.

The lift is the part you cannot buy and the part that is hard to fake. You earn it by being readable, then you confirm it by measuring the same site the same way. We held ourselves to that order before we asked a single client to trust it.

So this is the proof I owed you. Not a promise of where you will rank. A record of a site that moved, written down with the numbers it started from and the numbers it sits at today, thirty days apart.
