Downfall and Hair-fall

Hyyy there, After a long time, here I am with a new topic. The headline sounds funny right… hair-fall 😂. Yes, it may sound funny — until it becomes your own problem. And the worst part? Both downfall and hair fall come without giving any warning.

When life is going well, all looks fine — and boom! Suddenly, a few incidents happen and you start feeling like it’s over now. But wait… is it really?

Not like anyone has been spared from such situations. Everyone has faced this or is still going through it. Let’s rewind life a bit:

In childhood, when the teacher asked for homework and started beating students who didn’t bring it, and you were next in line — ufff that feeling was like standing in front of a firing squad 😜. Your heartbeat ran faster than Usain Bolt, your hands went cold, you started revising multiplication tables even though they had nothing to do with homework, and silently prayed — “God, please let the bell ring now… I swear I’ll do my homework tomorrow!” In that moment, it really felt like the world was ending. “I’m dead.” But was it really? Nope. That was the biggest problem of our life back then. And today, when we look back, it feels so silly how dramatic we were.

Move on to college days — after spending the whole semester chilling, bunking classes, eating momos outside the gate, and watching movies instead of lectures, exam day came like a horror movie trailer. Some of us didn’t even know the full form of the subject name 🤦‍♂️. That night before the exam, we sat with books like they were holy scriptures, chanting “please please ek question toh yahi se aajaye.” In the exam hall, even the invigilator’s footsteps sounded like background music of a thriller film. Again, it felt like another “end of the world” moment. But was it? Nope. We survived — sometimes with passing marks, sometimes with grace marks, and sometimes with “re-sit” blessings 😜.

Then comes adulthood — the ultimate level unlocked. Salary comes on the 1st, and by the 5th you’re already checking your balance like a beggar checking his pockets. Or that heartbreaking moment when your phone battery dies at 1% right when you’re texting your crush — feels like destiny doesn’t want your love story to happen 🤦‍♂️😂. And let’s not even talk about job interviews — when the interviewer asks, “Tell me about yourself” and suddenly your brain forgets everything, including your own name. All these too feel like life-ending disasters, but guess what? We survived them as well.

When life feels like it’s falling apart, remember — it’s just another hair fall moment. Painful now, funny later.

Now, here’s the thing: every situation that once looked like the “end of life” eventually ended just like… a hair falling from your head. It hurt a little, but life moved on. It’s just a matter of time and patience. Isn’t it?

Just like hairfall has solutions — eat healthy (yes, veggies 🥦), sleep early, drink sufficient water — your downfall also comes with a solution: **> Take a deep breath.

Give yourself a break. Take risk and start again, even if it means building from scratch. Don’t stop until you reach your destination.**

Life will keep testing us, just like those semester exams. And that’s necessary — because our past prepares us for our future. Remember: 💎 “A diamond was once just a piece of coal that handled pressure well.”
