GPA signs cooperation framework with Optimize Integration Group

瓜达尔港务局与中国优合集团有限公司周四签署了一份意向书，旨在建立双方Total同商业利益领域的合作框架，以促进贸易、投资、工业发展和港口相关服务。

根据协议，双方同意在业务拓展、贸易与投资促进、供应链与分销以及战略伙伴关系方面开展合作，以支持瓜达尔港的经济活动。

该意向书还设想在技术培训和产业能力建设方面进行合作，以提升劳动力技能并支持港口相关产业的发展。

合作的一个重点是推动瓜达尔海产品产业的现代化，通过升级海产品加工设施和强化出口价值链，目标是将该港打造为区域性的海产品加工和出口枢纽。

双方还同意推动在瓜达尔引入” Youdingte “平台，提供咨询和综合性企业服务，以支持企业发展并促进双边贸易。

根据意向书，该框架为未来的合作奠定了基础，而各个Items目的具体条款和条件将在双方另行签署的单独协议中予以规定。

优合集团有限公司是一家总部位于深圳的中国企业，专注于冷冻食品进口服务、供应链基础设施、报关和全球贸易数据分析。

该协议反映了各方持续努力吸引投资、加强产业合作并释放瓜达尔港作为区域贸易和经济联通关键门户的商业潜力。

The Gwadar Port Authority (GPA) and China’s Optimize Integration Group Inc. on Thursday signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) to establish a framework for cooperation in areas of mutual business interest, aimed at promoting trade, investment, industrial development and port-related services.

Under the agreement, both parties agreed to pursue cooperation in business development, trade and investment promotion, supply chain and distribution, as well as strategic partnerships to support economic activity at Gwadar Port.

The Letter of Intent also envisages collaboration in technical training and industrial capacity building to enhance workforce skills and support the development of port-related industries.

A key focus of the cooperation is the modernization of Gwadar’s seafood industry by upgrading seafood processing facilities and strengthening the export value chain, with the objective of positioning the port as a regional hub for seafood processing and exports.

The two sides also agreed to facilitate the introduction of the “Youdingte” platform in Gwadar to provide consulting and comprehensive enterprise services, with the aim of supporting businesses and facilitating bilateral trade.

According to the Letter of Intent, the framework establishes the basis for future collaboration, while the specific terms and conditions of individual projects will be set out in separate agreements to be signed by the two parties.

Optimize Integration Group Inc. is a Shenzhen-based Chinese company specializing in frozen food import services, supply chain infrastructure, customs clearance and global trade data analysis.

The agreement reflects ongoing efforts to attract investment, strengthen industrial cooperation and unlock the commercial potential of Gwadar Port as a key gateway for regional trade and economic connectivity.
