The Lord Still Speaks!

Provided we have ears to listen and faith to seek.

I started a series on the importance of believers being born again with the Holy Spirit of God within. As I considered what next to say, I read a short article that really made a wonderful summary, as seen below:

Dreams, visions, and other ways of God speaking don’t originate from the natural realm. Which means when God speaks, it is a supernatural experience. But just because these are supernatural doesn’t mean they are automatically demonic.

Some Christians think that.

Anything supernatural, they immediately and automatically label demonic in their minds.

But what happens is, instead of avoiding the demonic, they shut God out from moving in their life. Then their form of Christianity is exactly that.

… a form without any life or power.

So, be cautious to always be hungry for God and hearing His voice. Even if you don’t always get it right every time.

Truly, the message is critical for a generation that denies and fears the spiritual realm. Those willing to lose out on a direct connection and relationship with God and substitute with words, letters, and laws. There is so much at stake in getting it wrong. I pray you too will take the time to seek God and get off the rat race and seek solitude and quiet time and make a point to pray the Lord reveals Himself to you in the unique way reserved for you by the grace of our Lord Jesus. Amen!
