For the Entrepreneurship Cell (E-Cell) at JSPM’s Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering (RSCOE), the visit to the National Entrepreneurship Challenge (NEC) Event at IIT Bombay on Saturday, October 11, 2025, was a pivotal strategic maneuver. Our sixteen-member delegation returned with a new framework for entrepreneurial excellence.

These connections established a crucial foundation for future inter-collegiate collaborations and created a ready-made network for our student founders to tap into as they scale their ventures outside of Pune.

• Gaurav Taneja (Flying Beast): The Power of Personal Brand Equity. We have since committed to upgrading our internal processes — including developing a new, tiered volunteer model for our E-Summit — to ensure the highest levels of professionalism and efficiency, making our events feel truly world-class.
• Pivot to Outcome-Based Planning: The NEC’s entire model, which centered on year-long, strategic, outcome-based tasks for all participating E-Cells, forced us to re-think our programming.
