As per my knowledge the current cpus have achieved complete time synchronicity and used this as a way to protect what we call military working of things, as per my knowledge in the cpu there is a changeable programme running as the main programme of the computer, this piece of machinery is what we call the mainframe which they do some serious stuff on the computer like blowing up capacitors as the way to feed the cpu for aligning the computer to function faster or enable certain action, they even might use cotton farms for their input for cryptography and using other sources like Arctic sensors or they surely have satellites figuring out nature all the time or using HARP for their verifications as per HARP may enable for function than said publically, using these in your system with complete time synchronicity will enable your system to rely on a very concrete like foundation for real-time services with 100% accuracy or even enabling you to have a psychosocial programme running for the nations labeled military or good for the future of mankind recording all actions in the background and feeding the main ai or ais running for us

This denial of access to what cpus can actually do or having more compute units publicly would cause a throttle for computer science
