Become A Cosmic Gardener And Co-Create With The Universe

What thoughts, ideas and beliefs have you planted in your mind? Have you let the weeds grow so thick that the blossoming flowers are blocked from the sun, never to grow in beauty and splendour?

Our minds are like gardens.

What we plant in them matters.

What we water, with our attention, grows.

And what we ignore, disrupt or disturb gets destroyed.

Imagine you are planting a seed in your garden:

You don’t expect it to show green shoots right away, do you?

No, you expect it to take time.

You let the soil do it’s job.

You let the seed do it’s job.

You water it.

You make sure it’s planted where the sun can reach it.

You don’t impatiently dig up the seed every day to see what stage it’s at. That would destroy it.

When we plant helpful thoughts in our minds, we must tend to them the same way we tend to that seed.

We water that seed with good feelings.

We lean into faith.

Leaning in to doubt is equivalent to digging up that seed and checking its progress.

Doubt kills all growth.

When we plant weeds, or negative thoughts, the same process happens.

The soil doesn’t care what you plant. It responds the same way.

When we water those negative thoughts with our attention — our doubt, our fears, our pessimism, our cynicism, and our impatience, those negative thoughts thrive.

Whether we plant seeds of flowers or weeds, positivity or negativity, the soil or the Universe, doesn’t judge the seed, it just grows it.

Regardless of what it will become.

If your thoughts are:

Why does this always happen to me?

I’ll never have enough!

I’m not loveable, or abundant, or deserving!

Then the weeds will grow and take over the garden.

If your thoughts are:

I am in control of my own emotions.

I can do this.

I deserve this.

Then the flowers in your garden will blossom and bring you joy.

Remember, if you’re frustrated that your manifestations haven’t arrived yet, the soil is still growing them.

What you feed will flourish and what you starve will wither away.
