GoDID’s Update on Categories

Since our launch on 2nd May, 2022, our commitment to providing you with the best possible convenience and service has been unwavering. As a dynamic start-up platform, we have been actively seeking opportunities to enhance our product and respond effectively to users’ requests. We recognize the importance of streamlining the process for adding categories and subcategories and are excited to announce our latest plans to elevate this aspect of our platform.

With the aim of better accommodating user needs and maintaining the exceptional quality and value of our categories, we have developed a set of new rules for adding and deleting categories. We are confident that these improvements will lead to an even more seamless and enjoyable user experience for everyone.

1. Guidelines on Category Levels

godid.io structures categories in a top-down fashion with three levels (L1, L2, L3). Users are encouraged to classify their categories within this hierarchy prior to submitting applications. This structure is designed to ensure clarity and ease of navigation for all users.

2. Channels for Submitting Categories

Users can submit their category addition requests through any of the following methods:

(1) To send a Direct Message (DM) via Twitter; or

(2) To open a ticket on Discord; or

(3) To use the listing request button located at the bottom of godid.io; or

(4) To Email the request to team@godid.io.

Note: The updates for the categories mentioned above will be completed before the end of the last week of the months shown. In case of holidays, the schedule may be extended. Deleted categories can be re-added in due course after users submission of reapplications.
