What You Disrespect, You Disown
Whatever you disrespect, you unconsciously push away from your life.
If you disrespect money, money may never feel safe staying with you.
If you disrespect your body, your health begins to decline.
If you disrespect your emotions, they don’t disappear — they express themselves through stress, anxiety, or resentment.
If you disrespect time, opportunities quietly pass by.
If you disrespect relationships, the connection slowly turns into distance.
Disrespect is a form of rejection. And what we reject, we often lose access to.
Many people say they want abundance, health, love, or success, yet they criticize, neglect, or take these very things for granted. The subconscious mind notices the contradiction. It becomes difficult to attract or maintain what we secretly resent or devalue.
Respect does not mean worship. It means appreciation, care, and acknowledgement of value.
A gardener who respects the soil tends to it carefully and is rewarded with a beautiful harvest.

Another gardener ignores the soil, complains about it, and neglects it. Over time, the soil becomes barren and unproductive. The difference was not luck — it was respect.
Life works similarly.
What you respect, you nurture.
What you nurture, grows. What you disrespect, you disown.
Whatever you disrespect, you unconsciously push away from your life.
If you disrespect money, money may never feel safe staying with you.
If you disrespect your body, your health begins to suffer.
If you disrespect your emotions, they don’t disappear — they find other ways to be heard.
If you disrespect your time, opportunities quietly pass you by.
What we repeatedly criticise, neglect, or take for granted often slips away from us. Respect is not about putting something on a pedestal; it is about recognising its value and treating it with care.

Short Story: The Old Violin
A young musician inherited an old violin from his grandfather. Looking at its worn-out appearance, he dismissed it as worthless.
“It’s old, outdated, and probably useless,” he said, tossing it into a corner.
Years passed. He struggled to improve his music career and often complained about not having the right instruments. One day, an experienced music teacher visited his home and noticed the dusty violin.
“May I see that?” the teacher asked.
After examining it, the teacher smiled. “Do you know what this is? A renowned master handcrafted this violin. It’s worth a fortune — not only in money but in the quality of music it can create.”
The young man was shocked.
For years, he had possessed something valuable but had failed to recognize its worth. Because he disrespected it, he never cared for it, never learned from it, and never benefited from it.
As he carefully restored the violin and began playing it, beautiful music filled his life.

The violin had always been valuable.
The only thing missing was his respect for it.
Life is often the same. Many blessings leave our experience not because they are absent, but because we fail to recognize their value. What you disrespect, you disown. What you respect, you invite to stay.
So ask yourself:
What in my life am I asking for while simultaneously disrespecting it?
